Inside the Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Yuji Itadori battles Haba, a Culling Game sorcerer who relies on his propeller-like cursed technique to fly and launch high-speed attacks. Yuji quickly analyzes Haba’s movements and realizes his combat style depends heavily on staying airborne.
Using his superior strength and sharp instincts, Yuji seizes Haba mid-flight and slams him to the ground, shifting the fight into close combat — an area where Yuji excels. He then pulls Haba into an indoor space, limiting his ability to maneuver through the air.
Growing desperate, Haba tries to overpower Yuji by cutting through steel and debris, but Yuji counters with a perfectly timed punch to his exposed head, dealing serious damage. Despite Haba’s bravado, Yuji ends the battle with a powerful kick that knocks him out cold.
Yuji deliberately spares Haba’s life, planning to question him later for clues about Hiromi Higuruma, the player he is seeking within the Colony.
